At UPKEEP, we offer advanced technologies including Lasers, RF Microneedling, and Body Contouring treatments. While these treatments are generally safe when performed by trained providers, they may not be appropriate for every patient.
Contraindications may include (but are not limited to):
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active skin infections, rashes, or open wounds in the treatment area
- History of keloid scarring or abnormal wound healing
- Use of photosensitizing medications (for laser/IPL treatments)
- Implanted electronic devices (such as pacemakers)
