New month, new me - cuz why not? You don’t have to wait until New Year’s to set goals and intentions for yourself. Instead of packing everything into your January 1st resolutions, I find it simpler and much less stressful to set 3 intentional goals at the beginning of each month. It’s a good way to stay focused and really create long lasting habits.
