UPKEEP is looking to change the way employers treat their employees. Every full-time employee is given a paid membership to an online tool based around securing financial freedom. We offer every full-time employee a full benefits package, 1 week paid vacation, as well as a yearly education allowance.

We offer a 12k allowance to any full time employee who has a child in child care. We want to ensure that we are supporting working parents and giving them the support that they deserve.
